As a designer, manufacturer and supplier of RF and electronic equipment, Argus management and staff have an obligation to support and maintain a quality management system which ensures the highest levels of product integrity and reliability and ensures the highest level of responsiveness to our clients’ needs. Our goal is to provide  quality products meeting all the contractual requirements and fully satisfying customer expectations and continually improving product quality to strenghten our competitive position.

We understand that the quality of our goods and services depends on the skill and commitment of our employees. We encourage a sense of ownership and pride in the company by all employees and undertake to encourage and foster constructive initiative by employees at all levels, by encouraging improvement of skills and encouraging suggestions on changes that will enable the company’s objectives to be better fulfilled. 

 In this spirit, we are committed to developing new systems and procedures to manage changing circumstances.  Similarly, we will review our assessment of training, motivation and resources to continually improve our business.

Argus's quality management system is based on AS/NZS9001:2000.  This Quality Manual describes the application of the requirements of that Standard to Argus’s operations.
