> Environmental Policy

Argus Technologies Pty Ltd has in place an environmental management plan which responds to the requirements of ISO 14001 and operates through the companies certified ISO 9001 quality system.

Argus Technologies managing director has overall responsibility for the implementation of the environmental management system.

Our Environmental Policy is to be a responsible corporate citizen in protecting the environment.  We are committed to complying with accepted environmental practices, including the commitment to meet or exceed applicable legal and other requirements, to strive for continual improvement in our environmental management system, and to minimise the creation of wastes and pollution.  We will, therefore, manage our processes, our materials and our people in order to reduce the environmental impacts associated with our work.

Our main objectives are to:

• Minimise environmental damage caused by our product and their manufacture.
• To avoid the use of hazardous substances as identified in the EU RoHS directive 2002/95/EC, and OH&S Regulations.
• Reduce, reuse and recycle waste and packaging
• To work closely with suppliers to minimise the environmental impact.

This policy will be communicated to all parties interested in the performance of our environmental management system.
